Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start using TourBoost without entering any payment details.
How does the AI know about my property?
You fill in a knowledge base — WiFi passwords, house rules, check-in instructions, local tips, upsell offers. The AI uses exactly what you provide.
What happens when a guest scans the QR code?
They land on a branded portal for your property and can start chatting with the AI concierge immediately. No app, no login required.
Can I change plans later?
We're still building out self-serve plan management. For now every account gets the same generous limits — if you need more properties or a higher message limit, just get in touch and we'll sort it out with you directly.
What languages does the AI support?
The AI replies in whatever language your guest writes in, and this works well out of the box in English and Greek. For other languages, add knowledge base entries in that language too so the AI has accurate local details to draw from — broader multilingual knowledge retrieval is on our roadmap.
Is there a limit on conversations or messages?
Every property currently includes up to 500 AI responses per month, with no per-conversation charges. If that's not enough for your property, reach out and we'll work out a higher limit with you directly.
