These terms govern your use of TourBoost, operated by DEEPODO SINGLE MEMBER P.C. ("we", "us", "TourBoost"). By creating an account or using the guest concierge, you agree to these terms. If you're using TourBoost on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
TourBoost is a platform that lets short-term rental hosts give their guests an AI-powered chat concierge, trained on information the host provides, along with tools to manage properties, capture guest leads, and view basic analytics. TourBoost is currently in an early-access phase — features, limits, and pricing may change as the product develops, and we'll do our best to give notice of material changes.

The concierge's responses are generated automatically by an AI model based on the information a property owner provides. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses are accurate, complete, or up to date, even though we've built safeguards to reduce incorrect or fabricated answers. Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge-base content they provide, and guests should confirm anything safety-critical, time-sensitive, or important directly with the property host. TourBoost is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on the AI's responses.
When guests interact with your property's concierge, you (the property owner) are responsible for using their data lawfully — for example, only using submitted contact details to respond to their request, and complying with applicable data protection law for your own guests. TourBoost processes this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
TourBoost is currently offered free during an early-access period, as described on our pricing page. We don't currently charge for the service, but we may introduce paid plans in the future; if and when we do, we'll give existing accounts reasonable advance notice before any charge takes effect.
We own the TourBoost platform, its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload (property details, knowledge base, upsell descriptions) and grant us a license to use it solely to operate the service for you — for example, sending it to our AI provider to generate concierge responses for your guests.
You may stop using TourBoost and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On deletion, your property data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
TourBoost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially given its current early-access status. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourBoost and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost bookings, or reliance on AI-generated responses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, do our best to notify account holders by email.
